When implementing change you will encounter resistance. Resistance is a natural reaction of humans to the new and unknown. There are multiple reasons for resistance:
- I don’t know what the change is about
- I don’t like how the change is going to impact me
- I don’t master the new ways of working
- I don’t get the required assistance to implement the change
- I don’t trust the people in responsible for the change
