SELF-ORGANIZATION OF GROUPS – ARE WE WILLING TO TAKE THE RISK

More and more, people live the principle of independency and self-determined collaboration. We as individual decide what is important to us, how we want to spend our time and energy, and on how we want to interact with each other. The virtualization of the workplaces triggers this aspect even more and more. During the workshop I’m curious to discover with the rest of the attendees how this could be used in corporation. I, as a facilitator, don’t have the answers. Rather I want to organize a journey where participants with different backgrounds and experiences can interact, discuss and develop new ideas with each other. Will this lead to destructive anarchy or will it trigger new alliances and ideas for the different members of the workshops? I want to make the attendees own the journey as well as the results of the time spent together. Whether experts with major insights about self-organization or newbie, anybody interested and curious about leaving familiar ground should attend.
