The years of plenty have arrived!
The (German) economy is booming. Businesses are announcing new records everywhere, and employment figures are climbing to record highs. More and more companies are turning away from cost reduction programs and outsourcing projects and focus on innovative topics, digitization and gender and diversity projects instead.
There is also an increasing demand for change projects – although we believe they should be independent of the economic cycle. But as we all know, years of plenty are always followed by years of famine, so it is important that change projects are more than meaningless fig leafs or fair weather projects.
Only sustainable change keeps companies on course for success during difficult years.
