As part of our change management training for a leading logistics company, it was once again Poland's turn. In the meantime, we have been able to carry out the change training for this company in 4 countries in Europe.
After two days of intensive knowledge transfer about change management theories and the description of numerous practical examples, the heads of the participants are usually full. On the third day, the participants are all the more pleased to be able to apply what they have learned in practice by means of a business game. The simulation game WallBreakers helps managers to understand how employees react in different phases of the change process.
