When implementing change you will encounter resistance. Resistance is a natural reaction of humans to the new and unknown. There are multiple reasons for resistance:

  • I don’t know what the change is about
  • I don’t like how the change is going to impact me
  • I don’t master the new ways of working
  • I don’t get the required assistance to implement the change
  • I don’t trust the people in responsible for the change

Our proposed approach to resistance will therefore differ based on the key points identified.
